Please note: Payments made by credit card are handled through Point and Pay, a third party payment provider. An additional fee will be added to each transaction by Point and Pay for their service. The fee is as follows:

Credit and Debit Cards – 3% fee with a $2.00 minimum

Moving in or out of the Village? Don't forget to complete a Request for Records Change (click here). This form is multi purpose and can be used to request a Final Bill if you're moving out. New residents can use this form to update your utility billing account. Drop off at the Village Office or email to villageadmin@lakeorion.us. Please note that Property Transfer Affidavits are filed with Orion Township at 2525 Joslyn Road, Lake Orion.
